About the ECR (Efficient Consumer Response) initiative and annual ECR Baltic Forum:
ECR Baltic is an Efficient Consumer Response Initiative in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania which is a collaborative retailer-manufacturer platform with a mission “to fulfill consumer wishes better, faster and at less cost”. It is a non-profit organization which aims to help retailers and manufacturers in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sector to drive supply chain efficiencies and deliver business growth and consumer value.
ECR Forums covers agenda topics starting from efficient assortment planning, promotions, new product introductions, category management, market trends, innovations, consumers/shoppers insights and behavior on demand side and efficient supply chain, enabling technologies, sustainability and people development on other side.
The consumer is in the center of our universe and existence thus for us in the consumer goods sector, the competitiveness in our home and export markets are directly linked to our ECR ability internally and with our trading partners.

The annual ECR Baltic forum is the most recognized and biggest event for FMCG professionals in the Baltic States (average 200-250 participants).
