ECR Baltic trainings and workshops for summer-autumn 2011

June 16th, 2011. Category Management Basics (Focusit / ECR Finland)
An introduction to the consumer based business management. The course provides a basic understanding of Category Management model, process and principles. It also provides a basic level understanding on category management tactics.

July 13th, 2011. Introduction to Supply Chain (IGD UK)
This practical one day workshop is a perfect introduction to the food & grocery industry supply chain. As well as learning about supply chain trends, challenges and engagement, you'll also gain an understanding about retailer supply chain initiatives and how to develop a sustainable supply chain.

August 03rd, 2011. What do retailers want from your supply chain? (IGD UK)
This one day workshop explores the needs of retailers, and how suppliers are responding to develop a customer centric supply chain strategy.
This workshop is designed for individuals who are established members of the supply chain team or are responsible for managing customer relationships. It is ideal for those that are interacting or plan to interact with retailers and need to understand their customer.

September 08th, 2011 Investment and promotional effectiveness (IGD UK)
This one day workshop explores all aspects of trade investment, from performance related trade terms through to effective planning, implementation and evaluation of promotion spend. It will help you recognize the opportunities and identify which promotional mechanics will deliver the best results.
