We concluded that mentoring should be part of summer internship (during the internship and as follow-up) or organise individual bases
Case Studies
Lectures should use practical cases as a part of lectures, potentially taken from local markets.
There is number of general international case studies available and creating additional would not make sense.
Job Fairs / Career days
Joining as ECR Baltic was not seen practical, however ECR will have material available to explain industry characteristics
