General cancellation policy (all events)
In the event of cancelation, ECR Baltic must be notified in writing by e-mail info@ecr-baltic.org or phone +37126546645.
24 days before the event: The full registration fees will be refunded.
4 to 24 days before the event: 50% registration fees will be refunded.
3 days before the event: No refunds can be made.
ONSITE REGISTRATION where available (not including coffee and lunch breaks, subject to preorder / availabilty).
The substitution of a colleagues from the same organization is possible at no extra cost, provided the ECR Baltic is informed of any changes in writing at info@ecr-baltic.org
Cancellation of the event by organizers:
In the case of the event cancellation by Organizers - full registration fees to be refunded within 14 days from the date of the Event.
Special conditions to the company site visits / tours:
Participants admitting is subject to the host company pre-approval (direct competitors can be refused for the visit). In case of refusal the registered participant can choose to visit the other part of the tour or request refund from the organizers (ECR Baltic).
Taking photos, videos and audio recordings by visitors in general not allowed or only by approval of the host company.

ECR Baltic Competition Law Compliance and Reminder of anti-trust caution: ECR Baltic provides a forum for discussion, learning and opportunities for improvement and the development and sharing the best practice. Membership and participation on ECR Baltic events is open to all players in the industry on the basis of non-discriminatory, transparent and objective criteria. ECR Baltic policy is not to enter into any discussion, activity or conduct that may infringe, on its part or on the part of its members and participants, any applicable competition laws. By way of example, members and participants shall not discuss, communicate or exchange any commercially sensitive information, including non-public information relating to prices, marketing and advertisement strategy, costs and revenues, trading terms and conditions and conditions with third parties, including purchasing strategy, terms of supply, trade programs or distribution strategy. This applies not only to discussion in formal meetings but also to informal discussions before, during or after meetings.

Upon payment for the access to digital content available on www.ecr-baltic.org webiste (PDF download area for forums and seminars presentations), ECR Baltic will deliver you the code via e-mail.
The access code validity term:
The current access codes to digital content are valid for one calendar year and end 31.12.2016. After the validity term the access code shall be renewed. The code is valid for 1 (one) simultaneous connection.
Copyrights and reproduction:
The access to the presentations do not allow reproduction of the content available in presentations and can be protected by copyright laws, in case of uncertainty, please contact the author of each presentation for the permission!
