Main priorities:
• Encourage cooperation between companies and Baltic universities to promote the FMCG industry among the student community
• Build capabilities for University students to work in FMCG/Retailing, giving overview of value chain, scale of operation, challenging and possibilities for career. Introduces key areas of FMCG/Retail value chain, like supply chain process, customer management/relationships, consumer marketing and management with information.
Several guest lecturers have been organized at the Baltic universities by ECR Baltic member company representatives
Launch ECR Baltic Student Award on Autumn semester. (Awarding the Best Business project written by Baltic students).
