How to register?
Either register on-line or return the completed offline registration form to ECR Baltic.

Registration Fee
The registration fee covers cost of participation in the Forum, working papers, lunch, coffee breaks and the official reception right after the Forum. Registration fees do not include travel or accommodation.

Registration Fees ECR Baltic members: Euro 175.00 (+VAT 18%)
Registration Fees non members: Euro 250.00 (+VAT 18%)

The ECR Baltic Secretariat (Bureau of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) will send a confirmation letter and invoice to each delegate upon receipt registration form. Registration will not be considered final until the payment of the corresponding fees have been received.

Volume Discounts (for each 4 pay registrations get additionaly one free pass):

For each four registered (at once) pay participants from one company you get additional one free pass!

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancelation, ECR Baltic Secretariat must be notified in writing by the fax or e-mail.

Before 10th October 2008: The full registration fees will be refunded.

Between 11th October to 25th October 2008: 50% of the registration fees will be refunded.

From 26th October 2008: No refunds can be made.

The substitution of a colleagues from the same organization is possible at no extra cost, provided the ECR Baltic Secretariat is informed of any changes in writing.

ACCOMMODATION:

A block reservation has been arranged in Reval Hotel Latvia where the Forum will take place. ECR Baltic has negotiated a special rate for a limited number of rooms. The rates are exclusively reserved for delegates who have registered for the Forum.
The price per night (tax and breakfast included) :

Single room: 89.00 Euros	Double or Twin: 99.00 Euros
Superior Single: 99.00 Euros	Superior Double or Twin: 109.00 Euros

Please note that we only manage bookings in this Hotel. However there are some other Hotels within easy reach of the venue but reservation must be arranged individually!
Your reservation will be confirmed directly to you, according to availability at the time of booking. After 25 th October 2008, the rates and availability can no longer be guaranteed.
Reservation are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
